<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">I tried those supplements and pills too. Yeah I know, BAD idea, guilty as charged. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying them: Don’t. They’re awful, gave me mood swings and they’re just generally bad for you. Anything unnatural is usually really bad for you.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">I tried extreme “lose thigh fat fast” diets too. And believe it or not, they did work… kind of. You see, one of the main things preventing women from having thin thighs is the little (or big) layer of fat over your quadriceps muscles. No matter how skinny you are (I looked more like a bowling pin) you probably still have this layer. Anyway, so the extreme diets do help to remove it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">But the diets were too much for me. I can’t eat the same crappy food all day every day, not only to get going in the first place but in order to maintain the stubborn thigh fat from coming back, you’d have to keep doing it.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Anyway, I gave my “lose thigh fat” search up for a few years, convinced that it was just a dream. Until one day after going to the gym I was talking to this girl I see down there sometimes, Barbara Newsome and I started asking how she got her skinny thighs…</span></p>

<p><strong>Lose Thigh Fat Tip #1:  Do Lunges<br />
</strong></p>
<p>There’s no two ways about it. If you want to lose thigh fat then you’re gonna have to work those quadricep muscles. Don’t do what I did though. Go slow. Start with just 10-12 repetitions  at a time, even if feel like you could do more, because waking up the next morning feeling like crap is one sure way to kill your exercise motivation. Also, make sure you do at least 3 sets of lunges.  Just one won&#8217;t work.</p>
<p><strong>Lose Thigh Fat Tip #2:</strong><strong> Lunges alone will NOT get you to lose thigh fat fast.<br />
</strong></p>
<p>This is going to sound stupid since the last tip was all about doing lunges but while they are a key element you will need to do other stuff.</p>
<p>Why? Because in order to actually see that skinny thigh you have to trim off that top layer of fat. Even if you’re not overweight, chances are there’s still a little strip of fat preventing you from actually seeing your thigh at it&#8217;s thinnest.</p>
<p>So what else can I do other than lunges and leg extensions? Cardio. Not a lot but you’ll need to do SOME cardio, that means running or cycling (I personally prefer cycling &#8211; more fun).</p>
<p>Diet. No I don’t mean any extreme diets (I tried pretty much all of them and got no results by the way). I mean, just eat healthier, like more salads and less pizzas. Although, a home made pizza can actually be a very healthy meal, providing pepperoni isn’t the only topping!</p>
<p><strong>Lose Thigh Fat Tip #3: Follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program</strong></p>
<p>Don’t just <em>buy</em> it. Really commit to the program, if you’ve bought it then you’ll know that you don’t actually need to do much work anyway. Just keep it consistent, follow the simple step by step guide and you will see unbelievable results. Just like I did.</p>
<p>This is probably the most important of the three tips by the way, because if it hadn’t been for this unbelievable program, I’d still only be dreaming about my beautiful skinny thighs and this site would’ve never been created.</p>
<p>So, there you have my three biggest tips on how to lose thigh fat. Follow them and you’ll be well on your way to learning to eliminate thigh fat.</p>

<p>Today I want to talk about something important…</p>
<p>What is the obsession with losing excess leg fat? <strong>Why do so many women want to know how to lose thigh fat fast?<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Well, I can only speak from personal experience but if we think about the ‘fast’ part first… Well obviously getting something sooner is a heck of a lot better than getting it later. Also, many girls want to deal with inner thigh fat before summer comes, I know I did anyway, so there’s kind of a time limit by which time you want to handle it.</p>
<p>And so why the obsession with losing weight and having skinny thighs?</p>
<p>Maybe it’s for the men. I mean yeah, the guys <em>love </em>my toned thighs. It’s gotten me so much attention over the past few months it’s crazy. And attracting more men is definitely one of the main reasons I decided I wanted thinner thighs in the first place…</p>
<p>But is there something more, Yeah I think there is.</p>
<p>Losing thigh fat does so much for you that it would be impossible to name everything here. So I’ll try to sum it up… having a better body gives you an overall better quality of  life. I’ve got so much more confidence now it’s fantastic, and then there’s the feeling of pride I get whenever I go out… You’re elite, you’re fit and healthy in a society filled with an increasing number of ‘McDonalds eaters’.</p>
<p>But I could be wrong… what’s your thoughts on this? How will you feel when you finally do learn how to lose thigh fat?</p></div>
